How SaaS spend is calculated
For an explicit per-user, per-member, per-seat, or per-person plan, monthly tool cost is recorded monthly rate × team members. Organization, workspace, site, channel, and non-seat personal plans count one recorded billing unit. Annual spend is monthly portfolio cost × 12.
Per-person cost divides the portfolio total by team size. A tool's share is that tool's monthly cost ÷ total monthly cost × 100. Prices listed annually are converted to a monthly budget equivalent before the same formula is applied.
